PAYMENT POLICY 

Acceptable methods of payment are PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Debit / Credit cards.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Goods ordered through this website will be delivered to the customer in and outside Canada. You can request a delivery address which differs from your personal or invoicing address by selecting it during purchase, provided that it remains within the delivery zones.

Delivery will be made by standard courier during normal business hours, Monday to Friday. 

Please note:  Although our goal is to deliver within the lead times mentioned above, delivery dates are not guaranteed as third parties handle shipments. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and do not consider possible delays caused by payment authorization. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges are calculated based on country, destination, weight of the item, and related parameters.

TAX & DUTIES

Calculation of taxes and duties are according to your country, destination, item weight, and related parameters. Delivery charges include VAT and all costs related to shipping the order to the requested address.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

You may be able to track your shipment at the link sent to your email. Note that the tracking link becomes available within 24 hours from the time the carrier collects your package.
